Rehearsal Room Terms & Conditions

  1. Respect the Space
    Please leave the room exactly as you found it. This includes furniture, equipment, cables, and cleanliness.

  2. Equipment Use
    All equipment must be used correctly and for its intended purpose. Do not move, modify, or tamper with any gear unless permission has been given by staff.

  3. Damage & Faults
    Any damaged, faulty, or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately to a member of staff. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

  4. Loss & Theft
    Any stolen items will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the rehearsal room. No exceptions.

  5. Personal Belongings
    The venue is not responsible for loss or damage to personal equipment or belongings.

  6. Noise & Conduct
    Respect other users and staff at all times. Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

  7. Food, Drink & Smoking
    No food or drink near equipment. Smoking or vaping inside the room is strictly prohibited.

  8. Timekeeping
    Sessions must start and end at the booked time. Please allow time to pack down so the room is ready for the next user.

  9. Right to Refuse Access
    Management reserves the right to refuse access or terminate a session without refund if these terms are breached

  10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    . If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will rearrange everything for you. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your session, and no refund will be provided.
